Robert M. Bohem, SRA, SRPA
Robert Bohem has been in the appraisal business for over 30 years. He holds the Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) and Senior Real Property Analyst (SRPA) designations from the Appraisal Institute in addition to a state certification as a General Appraiser and Real Estate Broker.
Robert Bohem is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and a graduate of the San Diego State University. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology.
Robert founded Bohem Appraisal Associates in 1985 and his commitment to quality and excellence has provided the foundation for the development of an accurate and dependable product for over 25 years.
Robert oversees the daily operations and future planning of Bohem Associates LLC.
Kirk V. Gosweiler
Kirk joined Bohem Appraisal Associates in 1990 and has been an intricate part of the organization since that time. Kirk is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University. Kirk serves as the Senior Residential Appraiser for Bohem Associates LLC.
Jacob M. Bohem
Jacob attended the Pennsylvania State University prior to pursuing advanced studies in Information Technology. Jacob served as an IT administrator for a Fortune 500 company before joining Bohem Associates LLC.
